Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain from Adv Nadir Ali Chachar House to Qasi Tagar Arbelo Sheedi to Anwar Ali Tagar MC Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain from Adv Nadir Ali Chachar House to Qasi Tagar Arbelo Sheedi to Anwar Ali Tagar MC Ghotki. This project involves civil works including excavation, cement concrete, brick work, plastering, RCC work, steel reinforcement fabrication, and paving blocks installation. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures 1355 P.Cft - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 677.5 P.Cft - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete 250 P.Rft - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth 937.5 P.Cft - Cement plaster 1500 P.Sft - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns 113.43 P.Cft - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement 4.56 P-Cwt - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor 12000 P.Cft - Preparing sub-base course with stone metal 3000 P.Cft - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum 1020 P.Cft - Cement paving blocks flooring 6000 P.Sft - Cement concrete plain 361.9 P.Cft The technical scope covers all civil construction activities as per PWD/PHE specifications including site preparation, material procurement from approved quarries, and execution of works with required machinery and skilled labor. The project duration is 24 months from the commencement date. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration where applicable, active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, financial turnover of at least PKR 4 million over last five years, and submission of 5% bid security. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS with original bid security and tender fee delivered before the deadline. The tender fee is Rs. 2000 non-refundable. The bid opening will be held on 5th August 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Municipal Committee Ghotki office.
