This procurement is for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain at Rashid Ali Malik house street under the Municipal Committee Ghotki in Sindh. The project involves civil works including excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, and reinforcement fabrication. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation including dagbelling, dressing, refilling with excavated earth (677.50 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge (338.75 P.Cft) - Construction of standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (Type I and Type II B) (125.00 P.Rft each) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (468.75 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' height, 1/2" thick (750.00 P.Sft) - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels (86.96 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying (3.49385 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (4000.0 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course with stone metal 1-1/2" to 2" gauge (1000.0 P.%Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (340.0 P.%Cft) - Cement paving blocks flooring 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours (2000.0 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (176.3 P.Cft) The technical scope covers all civil construction activities as per PWD/PHE specifications including excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement, and paving blocks. The site is located at Rashid Ali Malik house street, Ghotki. The contract duration is 24 months with a penalty of 0.35% of estimated cost per day of delay, capped at 10%. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC, active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience, completion of similar works at 80% or 50% of estimated cost, audited financial reports, bank statements, and bid security of 5%. Technical staff must include PEC registered Civil and Electrical engineers with relevant experience. The firm must demonstrate financial soundness and equipment availability.
