Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake the construction of CC Paver and surface drain at Khadim Hussain Thaheem house street, Sattar City, under the Municipal Committee Ghotki in Sindh. The project involves civil works essential for urban infrastructure improvement in Ghotki city.
Items being procured:
- Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges, and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling with excavated earth (813.00 P.Cft)
- Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge, ratio 1:4:8 (268.29 P.Cft)
- Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (1:2:4) in situ, Type I (0.35 CFT per RFT) and Type II B (0.74 CFT per RFT) (150.00 P.Rft each)
- Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (562.50 P.Cft)
- Cement plaster 1:6 up to 12' height, 1/2" thick (900.00 P.Sft)
- R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels, and other structural members (72.47 P.Cft)
- Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying, and fastening (2.91154 P-Cwt)
- Filling, watering, and ramming earth under floor with new earth (4500.0 P.Cft)
- Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2" to 2" gauge with hand packing and compaction (1500.0 P.%Cft)
- Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (510.0 P.%Cft)
- Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours and strength between 5000 PSI to 8500 PSI (3000.0 P.Sft)
- Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing (217.5 P.Cft)
The technical scope covers all civil construction activities including excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement fabrication, and paving block installation. The site is located in Sattar City, Ghotki, and the contract duration is 24 months from the written order to commence work.
Eligibility criteria require registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), active registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), at least five years of relevant experience, and financial soundness with audited reports and bank statements.
