Construction of Check Dams, Irrigation Channels and Flood Protection Bunds in District Mohmand

The Irrigation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mohmand Irrigation Division invites eligible firms and contractors to submit technical and financial bids through the EPAD System under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the construction of check dams, irrigation channels, and flood protection bunds in various locations within District Mohmand. The works are divided into three packages covering multiple sites including Aba Kor, Mazrina, Sordag, Samgakhway, Shamshah, Lakkar Kalay, Manzari Chinea Khwars, Qandhari, Shawa Farsh, Khadi Khail, Gorbaz Safi, Darwazgayi, Lakkaro Khwar, Yousaf Kheil, Shate Kor, Kamali, Atokhail, Kozgandaw, Babe Khail Kalli Khwars, Prang Ghar Kalli, Navi Kalli khwar, Srah Shah, Sparay Kalli, Kotagai, Shahgai Khwars, Gumbatay, Shati Meena, Rambat, Mussa Koor, Kot Maingan, Darwazgai, Bhikor, Sherano Kalli, Rawal Kor, Halki Gandab Khwars, Shaheed Banda, Akrab Dag, Tamanzai, Dawaizai, Malik Musa Khan Kali Khwars, Essakhail Khwars, Mateen Kor, Sroo Kali, Dawood Khail Khwars, Palosai, Taraki Khwars, Saleh Kor, Pampokha Khwars, and Safi Kalli. The works require specialized construction expertise and adherence to technical specifications. Eligible bidders must have renewed PEC licenses in relevant categories (C-5 and C-6) for the fiscal year 2026-27, be registered with KPPRA, and be on the active tax payer list of the Income Tax Department. A 2% earnest money of the estimated cost is required as bid security. The last date for submission of technical and financial proposals is **15-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon**, with technical bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPAD System and the original CDR must be sent by registered courier to the Executive Engineer Mohmand Irrigation Division office at 1st Floor, Old DGHS Office, DC Complex, Gate No. 03, Khyber Road, Peshawar before the deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10-09-2026 at the office of the Executive Engineer. Bidders should carefully prepare their technical proposals and ensure all required documents, including affidavits and bid securities, are complete and authentic to avoid disqualification. The financial bids will be opened only after technical bid approval. In case of equal evaluated bids, the successful bidder will be decided by toss. Compliance with KPPRA rules and notifications is mandatory.
