Construction of Check Dams, Irrigation Channels and Protection Bunds in District Mohmand

The Irrigation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mohmand Irrigation Division invites technical and financial bids through the EPAD System under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the fiscal year 2026-27. The works involve construction of check dams, irrigation channels, and protection bunds across various locations in District Mohmand. Eligible firms/contractors must have renewed enlistment and PEC license in the relevant category and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Active Tax Payer List of Income Tax Department. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper affirming the authenticity of the CDR in the financial bid, which must be original and submitted via registered courier or uploaded on EPADS. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required through a leading courier source in the shape of a deposit at call (original) sealed envelope. The bid security will be retained by the procuring entity until approval of the bid by the competent authority. The last date and time for submission of technical and financial proposals is 15-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon, with technical proposals opening at 12:30 PM the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10-09-2026 at the office of the undersigned. Bids will remain valid for 90 days. Separate brochures/technical proposals for each package must be clearly marked with the package name. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the original bid security and affidavit as per instructions to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully review the KPRA notification S.R.O (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022 for additional security requirements in case of abnormally low bids.
