Construction of New Class-I Manned Level Crossing No. 48-A at K.M 336/9-10 (Dozan Station Yard) on Quetta-Sibi Section

Pakistan Railways Divisional Office Quetta invites sealed bids through E-PADS for the execution of civil works based on Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates 2016. The procurement is for the construction of a new Class-I manned level crossing No. 48-A at K.M 336/9-10 (Dozan Station Yard) on the Quetta-Sibi Section. Items being procured: - Construction of New Class-I Manned Level Crossing No. 48-A at K.M 336/9-10 (Dozan Station Yard) on Quetta-Sibi Section The technical scope includes civil construction works as per the specified schedule of rates. Eligible bidders must have fresh renewal of license i.e. CE-06 with Pakistan Engineering Council and specialization codes in CE-10 category. Firms must be registered and cleared from Sales & Income Tax Department and active on ATL of FBR. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the E-PADS portal. Bidders must submit their bids through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System Version 2.0 (E-PADS) with scanned copy of Bid Security in the form of CDR/Pay order in the name of DAO/P.R Quetta. Original bid security and hard copy of bidding documents must be submitted to the office of Divisional Engineer-II, P.R Quetta (Work Accounts Branch). The bid submission deadline is 24th August 2026 at 12:00 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours in the office of Divisional Accounts Officer, P.R Quetta in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rules.
