Construction of Classrooms, Washroom, Library Rehabilitation and Sports Stadium Renovation in Sohbat Pur District

This notice invites contractors to undertake important construction and rehabilitation works in Sohbat Pur District under the C&W PPH Department. The scope includes the construction of 2 classrooms, 1 washroom, and boundary walls at GBPS Hassan Abad. Additionally, rehabilitation of the main library in Sohbat Pur and renovation of the Sardar Irshad Gola Sports Stadium including the football ground entrance gate and the District Press Club are part of the project. Items being procured: - Construction of 2 classrooms - Construction of 1 washroom - Construction of boundary wall at GBPS Hassan Abad - Rehabilitation of Main Library District Sohbat Pur - Renovation of Sardar Irshad Gola Sports Stadium - Renovation of Football Ground Entrance Gate - Renovation of District Press Club These works are awarded under BSDI 2025-26 and PSDP 2025-26 financial year. The contractor is required to resume and expedite the pending work within seven days of this notice. Failure to comply may result in contract cancellation, forfeiture of security deposit, and blacklisting under Rule 23(1d) of the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors should have relevant PEC registration and experience in similar civil works. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per rules. The submission deadline and detailed bid submission instructions are to be confirmed from the issuing office.
