Construction of Classrooms and Repair Work in Boys and Girls Hostel at National Textile University Faisalabad

National Textile University (NTU), Faisalabad invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors registered with relevant tax authorities and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and specialization for important construction and repair works at its campus in Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Construction of Classrooms 04 No's (Ground Floor) - Repair Work in Old Boys Hostel and Girls Hostel The scope includes building construction of four classrooms on the ground floor and repair works in the old boys and girls hostels. The construction work has an estimated cost of Rs. 25,445,525 with a time limit of 8 months, while the repair work is estimated at Rs. 6,443,307 with a completion period of 6 months. Bidders must ensure compliance with the detailed bidding documents, specifications, eligibility criteria, and evaluation terms available on the EPADS portal.
