Tender Description
The Military Lands and Cantonments Department Cantonment Board Peshawar is procuring construction services for a Commercial Building (B+G+4) located at Survey No. 405/A, Bajori Gate, Serai Natak (Shoba Bazar), Peshawar. This project involves comprehensive civil works including excavation, termite proofing, RCC works for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and walls, as well as internal water supply and sewerage systems, and internal electrification. The scope covers supply and fixing of materials such as steel reinforcement bars, aluminium sliding windows, hydraulic door closers, tiles, gypsum sheets, sanitary fittings, electrical wiring, fans, and circuit breakers. The project is based on the MES Schedule of Rates 2025 with amendments and requires adherence to approved specifications and quality standards.
Eligible contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for the financial year 2025-26 and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Experience in similar projects within the last fifteen years is essential, supported by documentary evidence. Contractors should also demonstrate financial soundness, technical staff availability, and possession of necessary machinery. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from scheduled banks. Technical and financial bids are to be submitted in separate sealed envelopes under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.

The price of the bidding documents is Rs. 1000/- non-refundable. The closing date for submission and opening of bids is 30th June 2026 at 11:00 and 11:30 hours respectively.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all pages of the technical proposal are numbered and signed with a table of contents included. Attach an affidavit confirming the placement of the 2% bid security in the financial proposal. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected.
