Construction of Commercial Building (B+G+4) at Bajori Gate, Serai Natak Peshawar

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department Cantonment Board Peshawar is procuring construction services for a commercial building (Basement + Ground + 4 floors) located at Survey No. 405/A, Bajori Gate, Serai Natak (Shoba Bazar), Peshawar. This project involves comprehensive civil works including excavation, termite proofing, RCC works for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and stairs, brick masonry, plastering, painting, waterproofing, and internal electrification and water supply and sewerage systems. The technical scope covers supply and installation of materials such as deformed bars, cement concrete, steel chowkats, softwood framed doors, aluminium sliding windows, hydraulic door closers, premium quality tiles, gypsum sheets, POP tiles, stainless steel sinks, and electrical fittings including fans, switches, cables, and circuit breakers. The work will be executed as per the MES Schedule of Rates 2025 and relevant specifications. The site is in Peshawar Cantonment and all materials must be approved by the Cantonment Executive Officer. Eligible contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the year 2025-26 in the relevant category and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Experience of similar projects within the last 15 years is required along with financial soundness demonstrated by bank credit lines and working capital. Contractors must submit separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial bids as per the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 39.6 Million** with an earnest money deposit of 2% of the estimated cost.
