Tender Description
The Urban Planning and Development Department, Kalat Division at Khuzdar, is procuring construction and solar water bore works in Balochistan. This tender covers the construction of 6 community halls in Tehsil Awaran, District Awaran, and installation of solar water bores for villages in Tehsil Sonmiani and Tehsil Hub, District Hub. The combined estimated cost is approximately **PKR 75.25 million**.
The technical scope includes civil construction of community halls and installation of solar-powered water bore systems, following the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023, Government of Balochistan. Eligibility criteria are strict: firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration renewed for 2025-26 in categories C-6 and C-5 or above. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority and active tax payer status in FBR ATL is mandatory. Bidders must demonstrate experience with at least two similar assignments completed in the last three years. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 2% of the bid value is required from scheduled banks. Blacklisted firms are not eligible.
