Construction of Compound Wall and Residences for Officers / Revenue Staff of Deputy Commissioner Keamari (Phase-II) Karachi (Sui Gas Works at A.D.C-II Bungalow, AC Flats & AMK Flats)

The Project Directorate of Commissioner Karachi invites bids for the construction of a compound wall and residences for officers and revenue staff of the Deputy Commissioner Keamari, Phase-II, Karachi. This project includes Sui Gas works at A.D.C-II Bungalow, AC Flats, and AMK Flats. Items being procured: - Construction of compound wall and residences - Providing G.I pipe line for Sui Gas IIL (M) or equivalent with necessary fittings and excavation - Installation of double burner gas stove of stainless steel (12 Each) - Supplying and installation of manifold brass union cock (26 Each) - Making required gas points for fixing basin burner gas stove etc. (57 Each) - Supplying and installation of gas meter lock (1" Dia - 8 Each, 1/2" Dia - 13 Each) - Installation of flexible gas pipe imported quality (155 P.Rft) - Installation of gas valves of stainless steel (3/4" Dia - 5 Each, 1" Dia - 8 Each) - Installation of Hope gas stove of stainless steel with base iron (1 Each) - Providing and fixing geyser 30 gallons capacity, Singer or equivalent (2 Each) The technical scope covers all civil works, gas piping, fittings, fixtures, and testing as per Sui Southern Gas requirements. The site is located in Karachi and the work must be completed within 2 months from the written order to commence. Bidders must have valid NTN, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, Pakistan Engineering Council registration where applicable, and a valid license by S.S.G.C Pakistan for carrying out gas works. Minimum three years of relevant experience and a turnover of at least Rs. 2.00 Million in the last three years is required. Bid security of Rs. 90,000/- must be attached in the form of a pay order.
