Construction and Consultancy Services for Residential and Non-Residential Works at DCI Islamabad

Applications are invited from firms and contractors enlisted with MES for pre-qualification and bidding by the DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favor of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors. Applications will be received from 28 Aug 2026 until 10 Sep 2026 for various miscellaneous works at DCI Islamabad. Items being procured: - Construction and completion of left over works - Provision and installation of certain residential facilities - Provision and installation of certain non-residential facilities - Provision and installation of services and facilities at DCI Islamabad - Consultancy services including design and resident engineering supervision for certain works The scope includes construction and installation works for residential and non-residential buildings and associated services at the Defence Colony Islamabad. Consultancy services cover design and supervision aspects to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Eligible bidders must be enlisted with MES or provide earnest money as specified. Experience and performance reports for similar works over the last three years will be evaluated. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad by 1230 hrs on 11 Sep 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1400 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives. All bids will be evaluated as per the bidding documents.
