Tender Description
The DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad invites applications for Pre-Qualification and Bidding from firms and contractors enlisted with MES. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favor of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. The bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors. Applications will be received from 08 July 2026 until 22 July 2026 for the following miscellaneous works at DCI Islamabad.
Items being procured:
- Construction/Provision/Installation of Certain Residential, Non-Residential, Services, and Facilities at DCI Islamabad
- Consultancy Services (Design and RE Supervision) for Certain Works at DCI Islamabad
The scope includes construction and installation works for various residential and non-residential facilities, along with consultancy services covering design and resident engineer supervision. The project is located at DCI Islamabad, requiring experienced contractors with relevant PEC categories and valid FBR/ATL registration. Firms must demonstrate past performance with works executed in the last three years, including agency details, amount, time allowed, completion time, progress percentage, and department performance reports.
The sealed bids will be received at the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad opposite F-9 Park (Gate No.1) Sector E-10 Islamabad until 1230 hours on 23 July 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1300 hours in the presence of authorized representatives. Earnest money and technical bid submission are mandatory. The advertisement and further details are available on the PPRA website.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is properly enlisted with MES or prepare the 2% earnest money CDR/Defence Saving Certificate in advance to avoid disqualification.
