Construction of DC Circuit Hut (SUI Master Plan)

The Sui Master Plan department in Quetta invites eligible bidders for the construction of a DC Circuit Hut as part of the SUI Master Plan project. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The project involves composite schedule rates for the year 2026 based on percentage rates for 2023. Items being procured: - Construction of DC Circuit Hut (SUI Master Plan) The bidder must have completed at least one similar assignment with a minimum work turnover of Rs. 20,650,000 in the last three years. Eligibility requires registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above, and registration with the relevant tax authorities. A bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR/Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding process. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1,500 as tender fee. The last date for bid submission is 15 October 2026 by 12:00 PM, with tender opening on the same day at 1:00 PM at the Quetta camp office.
