Items being procured: - Construction of Drain Black Top Road at Killi Sheikh Manda Airport Road Quetta with an estimated cost of Rs. 49,751,000. The project requires bidders to have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 3 years with a turnover of at least Rs. 34,825,700 in one of the previous years. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above (up to 65 million) with relevant specialized codes CE09(i) for Sewerage Works, CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works, and CE01(i) for Road & Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Maintenance, restoration, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted.
