Construction of Drain and Black Top Road Killi Samungli Quetta

The Saddar CWPP&H Department Quetta invites bids from eligible contractors for the construction of Drain and Black Top Road at Killi Samungli Quetta. This procurement is under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis for the year 2026. Items being procured: - Construction of Drain and Black Top Road Killi Samungli Quetta (PSDP No. 1245/Z2026.0687) The project requires contractors with PEC registration C-5 and above (up to 65 million) in relevant categories CE09(i) Sewerage Works, CE10(i) General Civil Engineering Works, and CE01-(i) Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Bidders must have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 3 years with 80% similarity in work and at least 75% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, restoration, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bidders must be active taxpayers, not blacklisted, and must provide an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest or litigation. Bid security of 3% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPPS system by 08 October 2026 at 09:00 AM.
