Construction of Drain Black Top Road and Provision of Bore Solar at Aghberg Quetta

The Saddar CWPP&H Department Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Drain Black Top Road - Provision of Bore Solar at Aghberg Quetta This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be present on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of 104,477,800 PKR in the last 2 years and demonstrate financial capacity with registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-4 and above (up to 200 million) in relevant categories including Sewerage Works, Roads, Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure, and Solar. Bidders must provide a Pay Order or CDR as Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost in favor of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. Affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no nonperformance in the last 5 years is required. Maintenance, restoration, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. Each project must have at least 80% similar work and cost at least 75% of the estimated cost. Bidders must have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 3 years. Tender documents including the NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
