Construction of Drainage Systems at Districts Duki, Loralai, Khuzdar, Kohlu

The Provincial Coordinator – PIU, PMSI invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of drainage system construction works under the Municipal Services Initiative, a strategic project of LG&RD in Balochistan. The procurement is managed by the Provincial Coordinator office located in Quetta. Items being procured: - Construction of Drainage System at District Duki (Rs. 80,000,000) - Construction of Drainage System at District Loralai (Rs. 100,000,000) - Construction of Drainage System at District Khuzdar (Rs. 120,000,000) - Construction of Drainage System at District Kohlu (Rs. 71,200,000) The scope involves comprehensive civil works for drainage infrastructure in four districts, requiring expertise in construction and water supply & sanitation systems. The project demands high-quality materials and adherence to technical specifications to ensure durability and efficiency of the drainage networks. Eligibility criteria include compliance with the Basic Eligibility requirements as detailed in the bidding documents, PEC registration in relevant categories, valid FBR and ATL registration, and proven experience in similar drainage or civil works projects. The tender follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure with electronic submission. Bidders must submit a bid security of 4% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at a scheduled bank in favor of the Project Implementation Unit.
