The Saddar CWPP&H Department Quetta invites bids for the construction of drains, sewerage line and black top roads at Killi Samungli, Killi Sheikh Manda Airport Road and Killi Ali Muhammad, Aghbarg, Quetta. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Construction of Drains - Sewerage Line - Black Top Roads at Killi Samungli - Black Top Roads at Killi Sheikh Manda Airport Road - Black Top Roads at Killi Ali Muhammad, Aghbarg The project requires the bidder to have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 3 years with each project having at least 80% similarity in work and costing at least 75% of the estimated cost. The bidder must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and be present in the Active Tax Payer List. Firms blacklisted by any procuring agency are not eligible. The turnover of the bidder must be at least PKR 76,617,100 in the previous year, demonstrating financial capacity. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bid security of 3% of the bid value must be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call along with the bid. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard by 22 September 2026 at 09:00 AM.
