Construction of Drinking Water RO Plant, Day Care Center, Facilitation Center and Waiting Sheds in Balochistan

The Registrar Balochistan High Court Quetta is procuring construction works for multiple projects across Balochistan. These include the construction of a Drinking Water RO Plant with civil work facilities in 8 session divisions, a Day Care Center in 3 session courts, a large Facilitation Center spanning 30 session divisions, and Waiting Sheds in 7 session divisions. Experience requirements include successful completion of at least 3 similar assignments and a turnover of Rs. 200 million over the last 3 years. Submission of contract agreements, power of attorney, conflict of interest statements, and other legal documents on judicial stamp paper is mandatory. The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on July 16, 2026, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes (technical and financial) by hand or registered mail to the Registrar High Court of Balochistan, Quetta.
