Construction of Dual Carriageway from Sheikh Zahid Hospital Sarakhula to BDA Bypass Quetta

The Kuchlak CWPP&H Department Quetta invites eligible bidders for the construction of a dual carriageway from Sheikh Zahid Hospital Sarakhula to BDA Bypass Quetta under PSDP No1397 (Z2026.1709) for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Dual Carriageway from Sheikh Zahid Hospital Sarakhula to BDA Bypass Quetta This project requires bidders to have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least 490,000,000 PKR in the last 3 years, demonstrating financial capacity and experience. Each project must have at least 80% similar work and cost at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bidders must also have completed at least 3 similar general projects in the last 3 years with the same criteria. Valid PEC registration with codes CE01 and CE04 is mandatory, along with CDR and Green Challan. Bidders must have completed at least 2 bridge projects in the last 3 years. All relevant machinery lists, staff details, audit reports for the last 3 years, and valid registration certificates from Income Tax Authority (NTN) and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) must be attached.
