Tender Description
IESCO invites e-bids from contractors for the construction of a 2x2 duct line with manholes for 11KV 3-Mella and 11KV Sangjani & Pathar Garh feeders under RE Construction Division No. 1 IESCO Taxila. The tender follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure under PPRA Rules-2004. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.8,873,310.
Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with specialized codes, prequalification from Chief Engineer NTDC Lahore, registration with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, and financial requirements such as bank statements and income tax returns. Joint ventures are allowed under specified conditions. Bidders must submit bids online via the EPADS portal by 05 January 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee and comply with WAPDA/IESCO specifications.
