Construction of 2x3 and 4x3 Duct Lines with Manholes, Plinth, Transformers, LBS, and Utility Services for IESCO Grid Stations and Feeder Projects

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites e-bids from eligible contractors for the construction of duct lines, manholes, plinths, transformers, load break switches (LBS), and associated utility services at various grid stations and feeder locations. The works are to be executed under a Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules. The projects are located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, with a focus on enhancing the reliability and efficiency of the power distribution network. Items being procured: - Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes, plinth/earthing of LBS, and pakka path for execution of 02 independent 11kV feeders (main feeder-01 and standby feeder-02) from 132kV-MES grid station IRO General Head Quarter (GHQ) Rawalpindi to city construction division IESCO Rawalpindi (Rs. 16,935,765/-) - Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes, transformers/LBS plinth for shifting of utility services from 132kV Rawat grid station to Tokashim (part-01) under deposit head in construction division IESCO Islamabad (Rs. 4,532,386/-) - Construction of 4x3 duct line with manholes, transformers/LBS plinth for shifting of utility services from filling station to Islamabad Club (part-01) under deposit head in construction division IESCO Islamabad (Rs. 11,261,448/-) The technical scope includes civil works for duct lines, installation of manholes, transformer and LBS plinths, and shifting of utility services as per the detailed BOQ. All participating firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant codes (EE-04, EE-05, CE-10) valid up to 30 June 2027, and prequalified from Chief Engineer (D&S/S&S) NTDC Lahore. Firms must also be registered with FBR (NTN, GST) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with active status. Earnest money of 25% of the BOQ cost is required as a fresh bank statement, and the bid price must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. E-bid closing date is 27-08-2026 at 09:30 AM, with technical bid opening at 10:00 AM the same day. Only e-bids submitted via the E-PADS 2.0 portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk) will be accepted.
