Construction and Electrical Upgradation with HVAC and Plumbing Works at Arts Council Karachi

The Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi is inviting expressions of interest from reputed and experienced Architectural Firms, Engineering Consultants, and Consultancy Firms registered with PCATP and/or PEC. This procurement is for ongoing and future expansion projects at the Arts Council premises in Karachi. Items being procured: - Construction of LV Distribution Room and Electrical Infrastructure Upgradation including Transformer, MV/LV and Associated Cables Networks - Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of new 16 TR inverter type air-cooled package air conditioning units for Auditorium-1 including dismantling of existing units and associated electrical and mechanical works - Installation, testing & commissioning of 16 TR no-inverter type air-cooled package air conditioning units for Auditorium-2 including associated electrical and mechanical works - Waterproofing work at Z.A Bukhari Amphitheatre - Comprehensive work for fire safety measures - Construction, up-gradation, expansion and alteration works for the main entrance guard room and Auditorium No.1 entrance - Supply and laying of main sewerage line and associated plumbing works - Any other renovation or revamping work as suggested by the management The technical scope covers civil construction, electrical infrastructure, HVAC installation and commissioning, waterproofing, fire safety, and plumbing works at a significant cultural venue. Interested firms should have relevant PEC categories and demonstrate experience in similar multidisciplinary projects. FBR and ATL registration are expected for eligibility.
