Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites E-bids from qualified contractors for multiple construction and electrical works under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis following PPRA Rules-2004. Items being procured: - Tender 37: Construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes for power connection to Novacare Hospital Main DHA Expressway and Novacare Hospital Avenue DHA Phase-5 Islamabad, plus 100 bed hospital model town Humak under Cantt Const. Division IESCO Rawalpindi, amounting to Rs. 2,993,987/- - Tender 38: Construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes, supply of 1st class burnt bricks, sand free of dust coarse, road/gate/path crossing, RCC bases and plinths at 03MW to NDC HMC Taxila, strengthening of practical training yard at CTC IESCO Attock Circle, and 11KV Paswal feeder IRO Division Taxila, amounting to Rs. 10,700,046/- - Tender 39: Concreting, safe handling, loading, unloading, transportation of HT/LT structures from IESCO stores, installation, erection, earthing, fixing of stay rods, transformer fixing, and 11-kV independent feeder for electric vehicle station at Chur Chowk, charging station for electric vehicle from 132-kV KTM grid station, shifting of 11-kV KRL feeder from 132-kV Shakrial grid station, extension of load from 310-kW to 1000-kW IRO City Const. Division Rawalpindi, amounting to Rs. 16,841,837/- - Tender 40: Safe handling, erection, transportation, construction of foundation and backfilling of HT/LT structures and HT/LT PC spun poles from IESCO stores to site, fixing of stay rods and earthing of HT/LT structures and HT/LT PC spun poles and transformers as per WAPDA SDI in Tehsil Murree and Kotli Sattian District Murree, amounting to Rs. 15,347,905/- The scope includes civil and electrical works involving duct lines, manholes, brick supply, concreting, transformer installation, and HT/LT structure erection across multiple sites. Contractors must be registered with PEC under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 and renewed up to 30th June 2027. Firms must be prequalified by Chief Engineer NTDC Lahore and registered with FBR having active GST and PRA status. Financial criteria include minimum net worth, annual turnover, and cash flow as per tender details. Income tax returns for FY 2025-26 and fresh bank statements covering 25% of BOQ cost are required. The tender closing dates are 19-10-2026 for tenders 37 and 38, and 21-10-2026 for tenders 39 and 40, with bid opening at 10:00 AM on respective dates.
