Construction of Extension of NEOC - Establishment of Next Generation Technologies (NGT) Complex

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad, is inviting e-bids from firms and contractors registered with PEC (C1 and above) for the construction of an extension to the NEOC - Establishment of Next Generation Technologies (NGT) complex. This project is located in Islamabad and requires firms to be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered on EPADS v2.0. Items being procured: - Construction of Extension of NEOC - Establishment of Next Generation Technologies (NGT) complex The scope includes civil construction works at the site, ensuring quality materials and workmanship for the extension of the NEOC complex. The successful firm will also be responsible for providing after-sales service facilities for the delivered and installed systems at the site location. This project demands adherence to PEC category C1 or above, and firms must be compliant with FBR and EPADS registration requirements. Bidders must submit their bids online through EPADS 2.0 by 1100 hours on 6 August 2026 (Thursday). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft as specified in the bid data sheet. Additionally, the original bid security and hard copy of bidding documents must be delivered to the NDMA Headquarters Islamabad before the bid submission deadline. Electronic bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration and ATL status are current and properly documented on EPADS before bid submission. Also, prepare your bid security documents carefully to avoid disqualification due to incomplete or late submission.
