Construction of Faculty Rooms at Tabba Block IBA Main Campus Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites bids for the construction of faculty rooms at the Tabba Block located within the IBA Main Campus in Karachi. The site visit is scheduled for October 22, 2026, at 3 PM at the IBA Main Campus. Bidders must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, valid FBR and SRB registrations, NTN certificates, and a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 2.4 million over the last three years. A bid security of Rs. 25,526/- in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi is required. Performance security of 5% of the total contract value is required before signing the contract.
