Construction of Family Park at Tehsil Karezat Khanozai Pishin (BSDI Phase III)

The Local Government & Rural Development Department Pishin invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids as per prevailing rates by B-CSR 2026 (amended up-to-date) for the construction of a Family Park at Tehsil Karezat Khanozai Pishin under BSDI Phase III scheme. Items being procured: - Construction of Family Park at Tehsil Karezat Khanozai Pishin (BSDI Phase III) This procurement is governed by the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with PEC, Income Tax, and Balochistan Revenue Authority and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The bidding firm must have completed similar nature of works as per bidding documents and must have a turnover up to 70% of the estimated cost in the last 3 years. The bidder must submit a performance certificate, contract agreement, and demonstrate an available credit facility of less than 20 million PKR to meet cash flow. The bidder must have a fully functional and operational office for compliance. The tender processing fee of Rs. 2000 must be submitted via NBP Account No. 4157218156 and a CDR of 3% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid as Bid Security in the form of Deposit at Call. Tender documents can be obtained and downloaded electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is 8th September 2026 at 09:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be carried out on the same day at 10:00 AM on EPPS System at the Deputy Commissioner Complex, District Pishin.
