Construction of Feeder Canal (RD 99+000 to RD 131+036) – Rectangular Section & Allied Structures for Chashma Right Bank Canal (Lift-Cum-Gravity) Project

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites eligible constructors and joint ventures to submit bids for the construction of the Feeder Canal from RD 99+000 to RD 131+036, featuring a rectangular section and allied structures, as part of the Chashma Right Bank Canal (Lift-Cum-Gravity) Project. This project is funded under the PSDP Scheme and aims to enhance water conveyance infrastructure in Dera Ismail Khan. Items being procured: - Construction of Feeder Canal (RD 99+000 to RD 131+036) – Rectangular Section - Allied Structures related to the canal The scope includes civil works for canal construction with precise engineering standards to ensure durability and efficiency. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-A/no limit and possess specialized codes CE-02 and CE-04. Pakistani firms must be on the active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR and registered with relevant provincial revenue authorities. Foreign firms may participate as JV members with local firms per PEC by-laws. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS Portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk/) by 01.12.2026 at 1100 hours. Technical and financial proposals should be submitted separately in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on QCBS format. Additionally, three hard copies of the technical proposal along with the bid security must be delivered to WAPDA Auditorium, WAPDA House Lahore by the same deadline. The bid security amount is Rs. 500 million, payable from the bidder's or JV member's own account. A pre-bid meeting will be held at WAPDA Auditorium, WAPDA House Lahore on 10.11.2026 at 1100 hours.
