Construction of Feeder Canal (RD 99+000 to RD 131+036) Rectangular Section & Allied Structures for Chashma Right Bank Canal (Lift-Cum-Gravity) Project

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites bids for the construction of the Feeder Canal (RD 99+000 to RD 131+036) Rectangular Section and Allied Structures as part of the Chashma Right Bank Canal (Lift-Cum-Gravity) Project. This project is funded under the PSDP Scheme and aims to enhance irrigation infrastructure in the region of Dera Ismail Khan. Items being procured: - Construction of Feeder Canal from RD 99+000 to RD 131+036 - Rectangular Section works - Allied Structures related to the canal The scope includes civil works for canal construction with specialized structural components. The project requires experienced contractors registered with PEC in category C-A with no limit and specialized codes CE-02 and CE-04. Firms must be active taxpayers on the FBR ATL and registered with relevant provincial revenue authorities. Joint ventures are allowed, including foreign firms partnering with local firms compliant with PEC and FBR regulations. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the E-PADS Portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals online via the portal by 01 December 2026. Additionally, three hard copies of the technical proposal along with bid security must be delivered to WAPDA Auditorium, WAPDA House Lahore, by the same deadline. A bid security amount is required as specified in the bidding documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held at WAPDA Auditorium, WAPDA House Lahore on 18 November 2026 at 11:00 hours. Bidders are advised to attend for clarifications. This tender follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and the E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is mandatory. Discounts may be offered if included in bids. Grievance redressal procedures are outlined in the bidding documents.
