The Divisional Forest Officer of Khyber Forest Division, Peshawar, invites reputed contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for Sales Tax and Income Tax and also registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C-6 category or above for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is for the construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Sandana adjacent to Sandana FC Check Post, Tirah Sub-Division, Khyber Tribal District. This project is part of the initiative titled Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Sustainable Forest Fire Mitigation and Management System in Central Southern Forest Region-I. Items being procured: - Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Sandana adjacent to Sandana FC Check Post, Tirah Sub-Division, Khyber Tribal District The technical scope involves civil construction works based on MRS-2024 1st Bi Annual cost estimates. The site is located in a forested tribal district requiring specialized construction techniques suitable for remote and rugged terrain. Contractors must ensure compliance with all relevant government standards and environmental safeguards. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with KPRA for tax purposes, PEC registration in C-6 category or above, and experience in similar civil works projects. Bidders must submit a 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money from a scheduled bank in favor of PR8075 Divisional Forest Officer Khyber. The bid must be signed by an authorized person and uploaded on the EPADS portal before the deadline.
