Construction of Fire Watch Towers at Madaklasht Kalas Block, Bahok Rumboor Block, and Lawari Ashraite Block

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department, Chitral Forest Division, invites experienced contractors and suppliers to participate in the procurement for construction works under the project Strengthening of Forest Fire Management System in Malakand Forest Region-III (Revised). This tender is for the construction of Fire Watch Towers at three specific locations in Chitral: Madaklasht Kalas Block (Achinisar CP-1), Bahok Rumboor Block (CP-1), and Lawari Ashraite Block (CP-20). Items being procured: - Construction of Fire Watch Tower at Madaklasht Kalas Block (Achinisar CP-1) - Construction of Fire Watch Tower at Bahok Rumboor Block (CP-1) - Construction of Fire Watch Tower at Lawari Ashraite Block (CP-20) Each package has an estimated cost of Rs. 6.00 Million with a bid security of Rs. 0.12 Million. The work completion time is as per the work order issued by the department. The procurement follows the single stage single envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014 (Financial). Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and have NTN/GST/KPPRA registration. PEC category C-6 and above is required. Bidders must submit original two percent CDR of the bid price along with an affidavit regarding the CDR separately sealed and marked. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will apply as per government rules. The bid opening will be conducted on 20/11/2026 at 11:30 AM via EPADS e-bidding. Evaluation will be done package-wise. Bidders quoting more than 10% below the engineer's estimate must submit additional security as specified. Incomplete or late bids will not be entertained. The tender documents can be obtained from the department website www.few.kp.gov.pk. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the KPPRA circular No. S.R.O. (35) /Vol: 1-46/2025-26 dated 27-08-2025. The submission deadline is 20th November 2026 at 10:00 AM.
