Construction of Fire Watch Towers at Dhap Chabak and Shiekh Buddin in D.I.Khan Forest Division

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites reputed contractors registered with KP Revenue Authority (KPRA), Income Tax Authorities, and Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 category or above for the year 2025-26 to submit e-tenders for construction works under the project titled STRENGTHENING INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY FOR SUSTAINABLE FOREST FIRE MITIGATION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN CENTRAL SOUTHERN FOREST REGION-I. Items being procured: - Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Dhap Chabak (District D.I.Khan) with an estimated cost of Rs. 6 Million and 2% call deposit, completion time 3 months - Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Shiekh Buddin (District D.I.Khan) with an estimated cost of Rs. 6 Million and 2% call deposit, completion time 3 months The scope includes building durable fire watch towers at specified locations within the D.I.Khan Forest Division to enhance forest fire monitoring and management capabilities. Contractors must comply with all KPRA tax directives and PEC registration requirements. Bidders must submit a 2% Bid Security (CDR) from a Scheduled Bank in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer D.I.Khan in a sealed envelope marked Bid Security before the closing date and time. E-tenders must be submitted via the EPADS portal before 17th November 2026 at 11:30 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. No hard copies will be issued. Bids must be signed and stamped by authorized persons. Late, conditional, or incomplete bids will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPR rules. For best results, bidders should ensure all tax and registration documents are up to date and carefully follow the EPADS submission guidelines to avoid disqualification.
