Construction of Flood Protection Bund for Hunar Wam and Mushtaq Wam TSD Darazinda

The Irrigation Division of District South Waziristan Lower, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for the construction of a flood protection bund for Hunar Wam and Mushtaq Wam in TSD Darazinda. This procurement is conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The contractor must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category CE-04 and also registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA). The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 200 million. Bidding documents and tender forms can be downloaded from the official Irrigation Department website www.irrigation.gkp.pk. A non-refundable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 0.03% of the estimated cost is required with the bid submission. Additional earnest money requirements apply depending on the bid discount rate against the engineer's estimate. Bidders quoting up to 10% below the estimate must submit 2% CDR, those quoting 10-20% below must submit 8% CDR, and bids below 20% require submission of differential amount and rate analysis along with the stamp duty in original CDR form. The bid submission deadline is 15-10-2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system only. The venue for bid submission and opening is the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division South Waziristan Lower Sub Division Tank / D.I.Khan. All bidders must have valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act, 2018.
