Items being procured: - Construction of Flood Protection Bund for Village Abdul Sallam Tehsil Landhi District Naseerabad PSDP NO. 2841 (Z2026.3511) with estimated cost Rs. 20,000,000 - Construction of Flood Protection Bund for Village Takari Shah Ali and Mohib Khan Tehsil Ghafoorabad District Naseerabad PSDP NO. 2814 (Z2026.2884) with estimated cost Rs. 25,000,000 The scope includes construction of flood protection bunds to safeguard the specified villages from flood damage. The project requires compliance with technical specifications and use of quality materials as per the composite schedule rates 2026. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Taxpayer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidder must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least Rs. 14,000,000. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 or above is mandatory, with relevant specialized code CE04(v) for irrigation works. A green challan of Rs. 1000 must be submitted with the TSE number mentioned. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call amounting to 2% of the estimated cost is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Patfeeder Canal Division at Dera Murad Jamali upon payment of Rs. 1000 issuance fee.
