Construction of Flood Protection Wall/Band for Tehsil Bolstan BSD-III and Flood Protection Wall for Killiahmed Khan Pishin BSD-III

The Irrigation Division Pishin invites sealed tenders for the Development Work for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the composite schedule of rates 2023 GOB from PEC Registered Government Contractors. This procurement is in accordance with the BPPRA rules 2014 and Amended 2019. Items being procured: - Construction of Flood Protection Wall/Band for Tehsil Bolstan BSD-III (Estimated Cost: Rs. 20.00 Million) - Flood Protection Wall for Killiahmed Khan Pishin BSD-III (Estimated Cost: Rs. 25.00 Million) The scope includes construction of flood protection walls with estimated costs of Rs. 20 million and Rs. 25 million respectively. The bidder must have presence in Active Tax Payer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. The bidder must have completed at least 2 similar projects in the last 3 years with a minimum turnover of 70% of the estimated cost per annum. Financial capacity of the firm must be supported by bank credit line or cash equal to 70% of the project cost. Technical evaluation criteria are detailed in the BPPRA bidding documents. Bids must be submitted in a single stage two envelope procedure including Technical and Financial proposals. Financial proposals of responsive bidders will be opened after evaluation of technical bids by the procurement committee. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk or manually from the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Pishin until 21 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 01:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Pishin. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount must accompany the bids in the form of Bank Guarantee or Pay Order. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
