Construction of Flood Protection Wall/Band for Tehsil Bostan BSDI-III and Flood Protection Wall for Killahmed Khan Pishin BSDI-III 2026-27

The Irrigation Division Pishin invites sealed tenders for Development Work for the year 2026-27 under the composite schedule of rates 2023 GOB from PEC Registered Government Contractors. The procurement includes the construction of flood protection walls/bands for Tehsil Bostan BSDI-III and Killahmed Khan Pishin BSDI-III. Items being procured: - Construction of Flood Protection Wall/Band for Tehsil Bostan BSDI-III (Estimated Cost: Rs. 20.00 Million) - Flood Protection Wall for Killahmed Khan Pishin BSDI-III (Estimated Cost: Rs. 25.00 Million) The procurement will be carried out in accordance with BPPR rules 2014 and Amend 2019. Eligibility requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Bidders must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature with turnover at least 70% of the estimated cost PKR amount in 2 previous years, and at least 2 similar projects in the last 3 years. Each project must be at least 70% of the estimated cost. Attach original Bank Credit Line Certificate and attested copy of Bank Account CDR 2% of estimated cost (Rs. 100,000/- in case of a JV). Detailed technical evaluation criteria are mentioned on BPPR bidding documents. Bids must be submitted manually at the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Pishin by 21 Aug 2026 till 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 01:00 PM at the same office. Bidders must attach bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% as specified. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
