Construction of Flood Protection Band and Climate Resilient Water Conservation and Aquafire Recharge Projects in Quetta

The Government of Balochistan invites bids for the construction of important flood protection and water conservation projects for the year 2026 under the Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates basis. The procuring entity is the Irrigation Division Quetta, located in Quetta city, Balochistan province. Items being procured: - Construction of Flood Protection Band at Kach Mor Area, Kali Nasaran, Kili Mullakhail and Sarakhula Area Quetta - Climate Resilient Water Conservation and Aquafire Recharge Project for Quetta (Managed Aquifer Recharge (MAR) in District Quetta) - Climate Resilient Water Conservation and Aquafire Recharge Project for Quetta (Construction of Stone Masonry Check Dams at Sarakhula Area) - Climate Resilient Water Conservation and Aquafire Recharge Project for Quetta (Construction of Dam near NUST University) - Climate Resilient Water Conservation and Aquafire Recharge Project for Quetta (Construction of Flood Protection Bund near Hanna Firing Range) These projects involve civil works including flood protection bands, stone masonry check dams, dam construction, and aquifer recharge infrastructure. The scale of work is significant with estimated costs ranging from Rs. 47 million to Rs. 233 million for individual lots. Eligibility criteria require bidders to comply with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Tender fees for all works are Rs. 1,000 each.
