Construction of Food Store at Islamabad Club

The Islamabad Club (Islamabad Club) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a Food Store at Islamabad Club, located on Main Murree Road, Kashmir Road, Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with contract reference number P167013. The project involves comprehensive civil works including site preparation, dismantling of existing structures, prefabricated structure installation, flooring works, steel structure fabrication, elevator installation, drainage works, earthing/grounding system, electrical works, IT and CCTV installation, fire alarm system, air conditioning, and firefighting works. Items being procured: - Relocation and dismantling of existing containers and prefab structures - Providing and fixing 4" thick sandwich panels with thermal insulation - Epoxy resin flooring and PCC concrete flooring works - Steel structural framing and decking - Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (Elevator) with full installation - Trench drainage system with galvanized steel grating - Earthing boreholes, G.I pipe installation, copper conductor earthing leads, earth connecting points, and manholes - Supply and installation of various sizes of PVC insulated copper cables - Installation of cable trays, main distribution boards, sub-main panels, and distribution boards - Wiring accessories including switches and sockets - Concealed conduit wiring for lighting and power circuits - LED lighting fixtures and ceiling fans - CCTV IP cameras, network video recorder, LED monitors, data cabinet, telephone exchange, and network switch - Fire alarm system including manual stations, alarm sounders, smoke detectors, and control panel - Air conditioning units including split ACs, copper piping, drain pipes, steel frames, air curtains, dehumidifiers, and exhaust fans - Firefighting equipment including portable fire extinguishers The scope covers all materials, labor, tools, machinery, transportation, testing, commissioning, and approvals as per the detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must have a valid PEC certificate (any category), active FBR registration, and must not be blacklisted. The contract duration is 90 days with a bid validity period of 120 days.
