Construction of Footpath and Improvement/Rehabilitation of Drainage System in Sector I-8/3 & 4, Faizabad Bus Stop and 9th Ave, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the construction of footpath along Major Road in sector I-8/3 & 4 and improvement/rehabilitation of drainage system at Faizabad Bus Stop and 9th Avenue, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference P94384. Items being procured: - Construction of footpath along Major Road in sector I-8/3 & 4 - Improvement/Rehabilitation of Drainage System in Faizabad Bus Stop and 9th Ave The technical scope includes earthwork excavation, providing and fixing precast edge kerb stones, cement concrete plain and reinforced concrete works, laying tuff pavers, RCC pipe installation, manhole covers, grating covers, compaction, crushed stone base, bituminous carpet, traffic lane marking, signage, vertical posts, and cat eyes installation. The total estimated cost is approximately PKR 48.42 million. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above for works of this value and must have valid FBR registration. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on Monday, September 14, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The contract duration is 90 days with commencement expected on September 30, 2026. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required in the form of a bank guarantee.
