Tender Description
The Islamabad Club (Islamabad Club) in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring the construction of four (04) padel courts. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference P67154. The project involves comprehensive civil and electrical works to build high-quality padel courts meeting international standards.
Items being procured:
- Construction of four (04) padel courts
- Site clearance, excavation, filling, compaction
- Plain Cement Concrete (PCC), Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC), flooring
- Steel structure fabrication and installation
- Tempered glass walls (12mm thickness)
- Imported UV protected padel turf with premium silica sand infill
- Nets (Wilson or equivalent) and benches
- Complete electrical works including LED flood lighting, cabling, distribution panel
- Ancillary works as per drawings and specifications
The technical scope includes site preparation, earthworks, concrete works, steel fabrication with enamel painting, installation of tempered glass walls, and laying of imported padel turf with a 5-year warranty. Electrical works include supply and installation of LED flood lights (200W Philips or equivalent), power and earth cabling with Newage/Fast copper cables, outdoor power distribution panels, and LED poles. The project also includes furnishing with benches, spectator stands, garden umbrellas, and dust bins.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and PEC for works, with relevant experience in similar construction projects. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS v2.0 and provide bid security in the form of a pay order. The bid validity period is 120 days. The contract will be awarded based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique.
The submission deadline is Monday, August 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted.
