Construction of Hyderabad - Sukkur Motorway (M-6) Section-3: Nawabshah to Naushahro Feroz

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites bids for the construction of the Hyderabad - Sukkur Motorway (M-6), specifically Section-3 covering the stretch from Nawabshah to Naushahro Feroz, approximately 64.61 kilometers in length. This project is financed by the OPEC Fund and aims to enhance the road infrastructure connecting key cities in Sindh province. Items being procured: - Construction works for Section-3 of M-6 Motorway from Km 250+500 to Km 315+300 (64.61 KM approx.) The scope includes all civil works necessary for motorway construction, including earthworks, pavement, bridges, drainage, and related infrastructure as per NHA standards. The project site is located in Sindh province, but the procurement and contract administration office is based in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must comply with NHA's procurement rules and possess relevant PEC categories for motorway construction. Bidders should be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money and bid security requirements apply as per NHA guidelines. The bid submission deadline has been extended to 2nd September 2026 at 1400 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1430 hours. Bids must be submitted to the General Manager Procurement and Contract Administration (P&CA) at NHA Headquarters, Sector G-9/1, Islamabad.
