The Office of the Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Kotli Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Open Competitive Bidding System for the construction, improvement, reconditioning and blacktopping of the Nakyal to Niddi via Karala Mahafri Road (PK-11 No. 10) with a total length of 10 KM in District Kotli. Items being procured: - Construction, Improvement, Reconditioning & Blacktopping of Nakyal to Niddi via Karala Mahafri Road (PK-11 No. 10) Total Length 10 KM District Kotli This project involves significant civil works including road construction and blacktopping over a 10 km stretch. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have valid FBR and ATL registration. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs. 54,30,000 is required to be submitted with the bids. The bids must be submitted by 11th November 2026 at 12:30 PM. Only sealed original bids will be accepted and must be delivered to the Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Kotli office. Late submissions will not be entertained. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
