Construction and Improvement Drain, Road, Street Light, Culvert and Tuff Tile Sewerage and Protection Works in Quetta

The Urban Planning and Development Department Quetta Division invites electronic bids for multiple construction and improvement works under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan. The projects include construction and improvement of drains, roads, street lights, culverts, tuff tiles, sewerage, and protection works in various areas of Quetta. Items being procured: - Construction and improvement of drain, road, street light, culvert and tuff tile, sewerage and protection wall at Killi Khalid and Western Bypass - Construction of BT road, sewerage line, tuff tile and street lights at Jattomohllah - Provision of solar home system at Azta Pashtoonbad areas - WSS and solarization of tube wells in Quetta These works require firms with valid PEC registration in Category C-4 and 5 or above, along with relevant specialized codes. Firms must also be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and have active tax registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and FBR. Bidders must provide 3% bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. A tender processing fee of Rs. 2500/- plus 2000/- must be deposited in the government treasury under the head account C-03870 through the Green Challan Form at the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Bids must be submitted electronically by 5th October 2026 at 09:00 AM through the e-procurement system. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM. Late bids will not be accepted.
