Construction Improvement Rehabilitation and Widening of PCC and BTR at Multiple Locations District Peshawar

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of PCC and BTR roads at multiple locations including NC Ibrahim Abad, NC Habib Abad, VC Larama, VC Pajaggi, VC Haryana, VC Takht Abad, VC Mamu Khatki, VC Kaniza, and VC Jogani in District Peshawar. This project is part of the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Peshawar ADP Scheme No. 251268 for the financial year 2025-26. The scope involves civil works focused on road infrastructure enhancement to improve connectivity and transport efficiency in the region. Eligible bidders must hold a PEC category C5 or above for Civil and Works enlistment or renewal. Registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act, 2013 is mandatory for works and consulting services. Bidders are required to submit a 2% Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt from any Schedule Bank, along with a non-refundable tender fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost as a CDR. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system in a single stage single envelope format. Bid documents can be downloaded from the official C&W website www.cwd.gkp.pk and the KPPRA website up to one day before the submission deadline. The financial bids will be opened at the Office of the Executive Engineer Highway Division-I at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar. The last date for submission is 22nd June 2026 by 12:00 PM. It is advisable for bidders to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in compliance with the instructions and ensure timely submission through the E-PADS portal to avoid disqualification.
