The Communication & Works Department, C&W Division South Waziristan Upper invites bids through the EPADS system from eligible firms enlisted with C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council with valid renewal for Financial Year 2025-26/2026-27 and relevant specialization codes. The tender is for construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of BT roads in District South Waziristan Lower, South Waziristan Upper, and North Waziristan, including TSD areas of DI Khan, Bannu, Tank, and Lakki Marwat. Items being procured: - Construction of BTR from Main Sararogha Road to Nasir Bagh Kotkai 02-Km South Waziristan Upper - Construction of BTR from Izhakachkai Bashir Chowk to Main Kotkai Karama Road 03-Kms South Waziristan Upper - Construction of BTR Hamdard Road New Raghzai Naqeeb Abad Tehsil Tiarza, South Waziristan Upper The works involve civil construction of bituminous roads with rehabilitation and widening as per work orders. Bidders must be registered with PEC in categories C4 and above depending on the lot, and must comply with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security is 2% of the engineer's estimate plus stamp duty, submitted as call deposit in the name of Executive Engineer C&W Division South Waziristan Upper. Additional security requirements apply for bids below 10% and 20% of the estimate. Bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013.
