Construction and Improvement of Roads, PCC Side Drains and Solar Bore at Different Locations in Pishin District

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Balochistan invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids as per prevailing B-CSR 2026 rates from interested firms, suppliers, and contractors having valid registration with PEC, Income Tax and BRA for PSDP 2026-2027 scheme. Items being procured: - Construction and improvement of roads - PCC side drains - Provision of solar bore at different locations of Tehsils Saranan and Huramzai, District Pishin This procurement requires all bids to be submitted electronically through the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Manual or paper bids will not be accepted. The technical scope includes construction, maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works with a minimum 80% similar work in the last 5 years. Bidders must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 145,550,698 in the last 5 years. PEC category C3 and above, specialized lighting system ME060, and specialized fabrication and treatment are required. Eligibility criteria include presence on the Active Tax Payer List, non-blacklisting by any procuring agency, and submission of bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Pay Order of 3% of the estimated cost.
