Construction and Improvement of Roads, Sewerage, Water Supply, Solarization and Allied Development Works in Quetta

The Department Quetta Division Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction and improvement of roads, sewerage, water supply, solarization and allied development works at Nawa Killi, Mariam Colony, Killi Ameer Muhammad Sardar Yaqoob Bazai Aghberg and adjacent areas in Quetta. The tender is based on the composite schedule rates for the year 2026 with percentage rates for 2023. Items being procured: - Construction and improvement of roads - Sewerage works - Water supply works - Solarization - Allied development works Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in the active tax payer list, no blacklisting by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above, and relevant experience. The bidder must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least Rs. 52,235,984 PKR in the last 3 years, with at least 3 general projects in the last 5 years. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bid security of 3% of the bid cost must be submitted in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is 21 September 2026 at 09:00 AM through the supplier dashboard.
