The Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division Quetta invites eligible bidders for execution of construction and improvement works for roads, sewerage, water supply, solarization and allied development at Nawa Killi, Mariam Colony, Killi Ameer Muhammad Sardar Yaqoob Bazai Aghberg and adjacent areas in Quetta. Items being procured: - Construction / Improvement of Roads - Sewerage - Water Supply - Solarization - Allied Development Works The works are based on the Composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates for the year 2026. The estimated cost is Rs. 74,622,835 with a tender fee of Rs. 2000 and a bid security of 3% of the bid value. Eligibility criteria include presence in Active Tax Payer List, registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-4 and above (up to 200 million) in relevant category and specialized code E-CO1-(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Bidders must provide affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no nonperformance in last 5 years. Each project must have at least 80% similar work and 50% of estimated cost completed in last 5 years. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bidders must have completed at least 3 general projects in last 5 years with similar criteria. The bidding will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security must be in form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 3% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
